• The platform is provided on an “as-is” basis during evaluation or trial periods.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
• All data entered into the platform remains the property of the subscribing organisation.
• Unauthorised access, data scraping, or reverse engineering of the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6Prepaid cards and vouchers

Prepaid cards and vouchers are issued for corporate use in channel loyalty, employee engagement, and gifting programs. By using or distributing them, you agree that:

• Cards and vouchers are to be used only for the purpose stated in the corporate agreement.
• Brand Butler India is not liable for misuse of cards or vouchers by employees, channel partners, or third parties.
• Lost, stolen, or misplaced cards and vouchers must be reported immediately. Brand Butler India is not responsible for balances or values lost due to delayed reporting.
• Vouchers may have validity periods as specified at the time of issuance and cannot be redeemed after expiry.
